Here are some answers to help issues you may encounter. If your question isn’t covered here, please email me using the Contact page and I will handle it individually.

I didn’t get the registration email with my username and password.
I lost my password.
PayPal didn’t take me back to the right page to receive my product after I submitted an order.
How do I edit my profile?

I didn’t get the registration email with my username and password.

Check your junk folder first. If you don’t see it there, email me using the Contact page and I’ll manually email you your registration information.

I lost my password.

You can request a new password to be emailed to you by clicking the “Lost your Password?” link on the right side of the page.

PayPal didn’t take me back to the right page to receive my product after I submitted an order.

Email me using the Contact page and I’ll complete your order manually. If you received your PayPal receipt, please include that with your email.

How do I edit my profile?

When you are logged in, you can also access your profile by using the Membership Details link you see on the right sidebar of the blog and on your Dashboard.
